NO WEEKENDS or AFTER HOURS

  • We’re looking for experienced and professional HVAC service technicians to help our growing list of customers stay comfortable. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, replacing, and repairing HVAC equipment.
  • We are looking for good techs who want great pay.

COMPENSATION

$20 – $40 hourly
 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner, treating all residents with courtesy and respect.
  • Accurately diagnose problems and make repairs when responding to all service requests assigned.
  • Perform the maintenance needed and/or replacements of units, ductwork, etc.
  • Help to replace HVAC units as necessary.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with staff and customer.
  • Be prompt and diligent in tasks performed.
  • Present customers with a total for the HVAC services, repairs, and installation.
  • Execute maintenance and installation of HVAC equipment for homes and offices.
  • Complete preventative maintenance and warranty services for customers.
  • Keep record of completed projects and the parts used.
  • Check newly installed components to make sure they work.

Qualifications:

  • You must have experience in service, diagnosing, repairs, and replacements of HVAC units.
  • Communication skills are a must.
  • A friendly and positive attitude is a must.
  • Must be dependable and honest.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening.
  • Must have an active driver’s license in good standing.
  • Certification or associate’s degree from an HVAC program at a technical school or 1+ years experience in the field as an HVAC helper or equivalent.
  • Must have required state and local HVAC technician licenses.
  • Must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification. 
  • Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs or 100 lbs with help.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, and an exceptional problem-solver.
